Ottery St Mary, Town Mill

 

This long-neglected industrial site with its Grade II listed mill building and unusual 'tumbling weir' is currently being renovated and redeveloped for residential use.  Reckless Orchard was commissioned to provide a sensitive landscape scheme that would compliment the nature of the site and buildings.  With outline consent achieved we are now advising on the detailed design for both the original mill buildings and the adjacent contemporary riverside housing.
